Pilot and air traffic controller applicants need relevant professional experience, not only a licence or qualification. Academic-route applicants need a relevant linguistics or philology degree. ICAO English Level 5 or Level 6 is expected.
No. Course completion is not automatic universal authorisation to examine independently. Acceptance and authorisation depend on the relevant authority and testing organisation, and transfer or recurrent-training conditions may apply.
